The Lautsprecher gallery hosts a programme of sound art devised by the Museum Ostwall (MO), which links the exhibitions FLUXUS – Art for All! by the MO and Sounds Like Silence by the HMKV.

For Silent Recording, Hansa Studios Berlin (2001) Dave Allen captured the silence in the German studio where David Bowie recorded his seminal albums Heroes and Low in 1976 and 1977 respectively.
